Glean: A Social, Educational Data Tool

Glean is an educational tool designed to help learners collect, visualize and analyze live web-based date. Here, you can build graphs and charts of data that you define and build: either from a dataset that you design, or from an equation that you develop.

Initially, we are offering Glean to science teachers, students, and others to create "Mashups" (by defining and graphing specific data sets and providing necessary information for lessons or activities).

Through live data collection and annotation, the apps help students make sense of the vast real data on the web accessible and useable for learning.
